How do I schedule an appointment?
We are an appointment only spa. The best way to book an appointment is online as we are regularly in treatment rooms taking care of our clients. If you need to get in touch with us, feel free to leave us a message and we will return your call as soon as we are available!

What is your cancellation policy?
We reserve our time specifically for you. If you need to cancel, we require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice or a 100% service fee will be charged.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards as well as cash. Gratuities are always accepted and appreciated by our therapists. As a tip, the industry standard is generally 20% for a job well done.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
To make sure you are in a calm space ready for relaxation, we recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out any necessary forms and information.
What happens if I arrive late?
We will try our best to accommodate you if you are running late. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to modify your treatment out of consideration for anyone who has booked an appointment immediately after yours
Should I shave before the facial?
For a gentleman’s facial, we recommend to shave two hours before your treatment.
Transportation? Where should I park?
There are several travel options to get to Coco Spa, and parking is limited. If you choose public transportation, the closest BART stop is the Powell Street Station. If you need to drive, the best parking is available in Union Square.
What products does CoCo Spa use?
We use our own premium luxury line, CoZi Skincare. It is made with the highest grade natural-organic ingredients and technology. Paired with CoCo’s unmatched expertise, your skin will be able to achieve the balance it needs through hydration, lipids and skin regeneration.
